Professional Coach Training Parts 1 & 2

DATES: September 9-13, 2019
TIMES: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Tired of having to have all the answers?
Need a tool to help you make heroes of your staff and members?

Consider coaching to move people from good to great.

Coaching4Clergy’s Professional Coach Training program is for pastors, church leaders, and ministry staff who want to develop ministry excellence and effectiveness. Often unprepared for the shifting landscape of ministry in today’s world, most pastors do not feel equipped to effectively lead their churches. Despite shrinking budgets, changing demographics, and uncertain preparation, expectations are that leadership will be able to step up and enable new dreams and their fulfillment.

Part 1 is for those who are new on this journey, and Part 2 is for those who have completed Part 1. Both trainings are offered through Coaching4Clergy’s Professional Coach Training, an ACTP program (Accredited Coach Training Program through the International Coach Federation, ICF). Participants don’t have to start with Part 1, but it helps to lay the fundamental foundation as you begin using this tool.

TBA staff members are certified trainers with Coaching4Clergy. Professional Coach Training consists of 128 hours of coach training that is pre-approved by the ICF.
